Selective color is fantastic for small adjustments, can be stacked, and are probably the easiest adjustment layer to work with. Adjust the opacity of the layer as needed! Then click on your canvas where the color should be pure white/close to it. Click on the white rectangle and use the eraser tool to change the area the layer shows up on! These are great if you need to brighter or darken one area, adjust saturation for just one part, etc.Ĭlick on the bottom (white-filled) eyedropper on the Curve’s property window. Layer Masks are automatically created for adjustment layers. These can be deleted and altered at will, and are not permanent on the image.
